Shay and I attended a meeting 11 days after Ky's birth and found it to be helpful. It was a heavy meeting, but we've realized that, honestly, the Lord has given us a strength we could've never imagined. We hope He continues to do so. I'd like to be clear that we KNOW this is not on our own merit.
We've also collected some other resources I want to pass along in case anyone stumbles across this blog (and for me, because I still have foggy brain).

Tips We Learned:
-If you choose to cremate, some funeral homes will perform this service for free for an infant.
-Grief counselors should have a list of support groups in your area.
-Ways we've been told people choose to memorialize their baby:
planting a tree that blooms at same time each year that baby was born
a painting of the frequency of their last heartbeat
a necklace or key chain with their thumbprint
a blown glass lamp or glass art holding cremation ashes- http://artfulashes.com/
framed pictures
stocking with name on it, tree with only the baby's ornaments added each year
donating toys to shelter or organization that are age appropriate for how old your child would be on their birthday
Creating gift baskets for new moms or moms experiencing stillbirth in hospital
donating or volunteering at organizations like Bethany Christian Services that help moms who have chosen life for their babies
***If you'd like to talk to other mothers who have experienced stillbirth, I have an unfortunate list of 20 names and contact info.
